Rev. Leslie M. St. Louis
Interim Rector
Greetings!  I am so excited to join all of you in this time of transition.  Transitions are a time of some uneasiness and excitement, I think.  This is a time for us to get to know ourselves and the community in which we minister even better and to prepare the way for the next chapter of ministry with a new rector.
A little about me.  I am the youngest of three children.  I was raised in a military family (Air Force).  We moved to Albuquerque when I was in high school, I graduated from Eldorado and UNM and worked for 25 years as a surgical scrub mostly at Lovelace Medical Systems.  I went to seminary (Sewanee) in 2001 and have served churches in Tennessee, Western New York, Washington DC and Albuquerque.  I have taken specialized training in family systems theory as it applies to church dynamics, clergy coaching and facilitating healthy congregation practices for churches in crisis or transition.
I am very much looking forward to our work together and excited to meet each of you and get to know you.  Until then know the blessing that you are.

John Collins, Assisting Priest
Fr. John was born in Houston, Texas.  Following college and graduate school, he ultimately served for thirty years as a Human Resources executive for an international oil service firm based in Houston.  Following his retirement in 2005, he relocated to the small town of Sisters in Central Oregon.  There he answered the call to the priesthood and was ordained a priest in June 2015.  He served as an associate priest for the Episcopal Church of the Transfiguration in Sisters.  Following his retirement in May 2024 he moved to Albuquerque to be close to family.   Fr. John looks forward to serving with the clergy and ministry team at St. Francis in furthering the work of God in our congregation, our community and beyond.

Parish Administrator
I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve as your new parish administrator. I’ve been married to my husband for seven years, and together we’re raising two wonderful children who fill our days with joy, laughter, and a little bit of chaos. Faith and family guide much of who I am, and I’m excited to bring that spirit into my work here. I look forward to getting to know each of you, supporting the mission of our parish, and growing together.
