Welcome! We are glad you are considering joining us on Sunday!
A brief description of what to expect when you come on Sunday.
Come as you are - yes, really. God made you and loves you as you are. So bring your self, your joys and sorrows, doubts and certainties, prayers and hopes and dreams - bring them all to God, whose arms are open wide.
When you arrive, you can enter the church through the red doors, in the courtyard.
You will likely be greeted by church members at the door. They can help you find restrooms, the nursery, and our children's ministry room - or answer other questions about the service. Our Welcome Table also has much information about church life, rhythms, and routines.
You will receive a handout with the scripture readings for the day, and in the pews you will find an "Order of Holy Eucharist", which will have all of the responses said by the congregation. (Large print bulletins are available upon request.) Feel free to participate as much as you like in the service.
Each Sunday we receive Holy Communion - the Body and Blood of Christ in bread and wine. Gluten free bread is available. Any and all who are baptized are welcome to receive Communion, and those who are not baptized can come forward for a blessing (just ask a priest for a blessing when you come forward).
After service, there is a time when those present can share coffee/tea mindfully together and enjoy getting to know each other.
If God is doing something in your life, or you are going through something difficult, and want to talk with someone and to be prayed for, please come to the front of the church after service. There will be people there to talk with you and pray for you.
If you have any questions, please talk with one of our Ministers before you leave - they'd love to talk with you!
